Return and Refund Policy


Please contact our customer service as soon as possible, submit tickets to ask for return address. Send us the tracking number when you returned your items, we will refund or exchange when we get your package,

Request:

1.Please return the items within 10 days of receiving your package.

2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.

3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

4. The goods are under your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re packed up properly and don’t get damaged on the way.

5. No return categories: pierced jewelry, underwear, sleepwear, tights and clearance items.

6. Return payable at destination is not accepted.

If you received the item that is not what you ordered , please take some images to show us, we will resend the right one to you immediately.

 If the item you received is not exactly correct as our website described and doesn't fit you, then you can exchange for the right size but can't cancel for one-size item since we have noted the specific size measurement beside them. One size item is not suit for everyone.

Missing or wrongly shipped items:

A partial refund is offered for missing or wrongly shipped items. We will provide a reshipping service in the event of missing or wrongly shipped accessories, a partial refund on the item fare is offered in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping. Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package

Refund

1.Once the return package reaches our warehouse, we will refund you the amount you paid for the items within 2-3 working days.

2.Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

3.Payment with paypal will get refund within 24 hours.

Payment with credit card needs 10-20 working days to get refunds in your account

Atten: we can't accept the exchange or canceling after your order has been shipped. All shipping fee can't be returned.

The following information is required when you reflect the problem:
*Order number
*The item's SKU number
*Image of defective beads.
